“So far: multiple faucet and valve replacements a new thermocouple (last year) a new gas water heater (this year) They come out right away when necessary such as for the furnace and the new water heater. When you make an appointment with them they come when they say they will. The parts are on the truck. The people are professional, and they wear decent work uniforms, which makes a good impression, especially if you don't know the person. As opposed to a guy who works for himself and takes his profession as just a way to earn enough to get to the next vacation. I hired one of those. Finally, they don't try to scare you into more work that you don't need. I appreciate that. They charge more than The Guy Who Can Do The Same Thing For Less On The Side, but the work is done right and it's guaranteed. Plus, you know where to reach The Plumbing Works.”
