“I absolutely love Orkin. Due to the area I live in and our super wet summer, I had a major ant infestation. It was super easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me and customer service is always top notch. When the exterminator arrived, he took the time to explain where the ants were coming in and why I had so many this year. He is very down to earth and friendly. I noticed less ants within 24 hours to zero ants in 3 days. I just had my quarterly treatment again and once again, they worked with my schedule which was very helpful during this busy time of year. One of the biggest perks was how welcoming, helpful, and communicative Jeff and the entire team were. Updating our narrow old bathroom was not an easy job and Jeff guided us through the process and helped us make the right decisions for the style and size of our bathroom. “I have been a Petro customer for years. I have always had great service from my local Petro office. Brenda at this office is an amazing employee. She seems to know what customer service is all about. She may not always be able to accomplish what you are looking to do, but always explores the ways in which may be options. A couple days ago a co-worker of mine who has 4 young children ran out of heating fuel. They were facing the weekend in below freezing temperatures. I asked Brenda to help me help them. Although she was unable to open them an account in that short amount of time, I suggested putting the costs on my bill. She was able to figure out a way to make this happen and also helped to get the delivery asap. This family did not go cold another night!
