Anyone remember what old school Mom & Pop businesses were like? When you walked in and they knew your name, helped you figure out what was your best options for your car and you felt like they actually cared about you as a customer, not just your money? Yes, there are a few of those places left in the world and this is it. I was referred by a friend when I moved here 8 years ago. The horn in my SUV had a faulty wire and had stopped working. When it was inspection time, I was preparing for a hefty bill since this is a requirement to pass. They called me about the horn and the cost to fix it would be about $400 due to the wiring behind the airbag. OMG!! But then she says ‘OR... we can put in a new wire to bypass the original and install a little horn button on the dash by the wheel and that would be $40.’ Ummm, heck yes I want a horn button!! I was so blown away by this, when I picked up the car, I asked them why would they do that? They could have easily got $400 bucks out of me and I wouldn’t have known any better because I knew it needed to be fixed. He said to me that they’d rather hopefully get a new customer for life, not just a quick $400 out of me one time. And that’s exactly what happened. I wouldn’t even consider taking either of my cars to any other place, ever.
I love this place . Whatever my issue was they would figure it out and fix it
right the first time and at a fair cost.
