(February 24, 2020, 10:18 am)My first time buying a bike from a shop was with East Coast cycle that was over 20 yrs ago, and still to this day I remain a loyal customer because of the amazing customer service they provided. Ray was in sales back then and did a phenomenal job helping me get the bike I wanted. I will return to them again to buy an upgrade soon!

I came from Virginia Beach to pick up a bike that was cheaper than everywhere else.
Literally called them, asked if they have what I want, drove by two days later, and picked up a brand new bike.
No hassle, no trouble - just an excellent business.
(February 4, 2020, 8:32 pm)Very professional. Sales rep Juan, Mike Salvatico and finance gentleman Will very professional from the beginning of our sale to the end. Very thorough in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Word of mouth is the best way to refer people and we are doing just that.
(November 17, 2019, 6:17 pm)I worked with Rob G (sales), Will M (Gm) Mike (parts) and Leanne (finance) - Rob and Will made me a great deal on a Honda ATV and always made me feel that they had my best interest in mind through out the whole buying process. Mike went above and beyond- he stayed with me over an hour after closing on his own time to help me load and strap my new ATV into the bed of my truck which really stood out and impressed me. Overall great experience. Good people at this dealership...this is the kind of experience I wanted. Will recommend!!!

He treated me like family which was the best. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you for everything
