She was attentive and thorough in understanding where my pain was in my lower back. Not only did she give me an adjustment, but she stretched me and review my diet. She easily explained her process and the best practices to help reduce my pain. Extremely helpful and instant pain relief.

(November 27, 2019, 12:01 am)Dr. Steff is great! Her one on one makes you feel like all of her attention is on you, trying to help you get better. Her step by step methods helps and her explanations makes things seem a lot easier.
(July 12, 2019, 10:46 am)Dr. Stefania was INCREDIBLE! Hands down my favorite Chiropractor! She was so sweet and caring and actually took her time with me. It didn’t even feel like I was at a doctor’s appointment, it felt like I was catching up with an old friend - that’s how awesome her personality is! I feel much better physically too after seeing her. Her schedule is flexible and she truly cares about her patients!
