“In the past few months, I've been having so many issues trying to get ahold of a certain prescription that I've been using for several years. Twice CVS gave me a substitute for my medication because they said my name brand medication was "on back order" and didn't know when it would come in, so they gave me something else instead. The medication they gave me didn't work. So I call other major pharmacies to see if they carry the brand I need and they all either said they didn't carry it or it was on back order as well, and wouldn't tell me any further information no matter how hard I tried. Given I can't just sit around and wait for who knows how long, I decide to call the manufacturer so see what the problem is because at this point I thought my medication was discontinued. The manufacturer said there shouldn't be a problem. At this point I thought I would have to find an alternative on my own because none of the pharmacies carried the brand I needed. Until I decided to call an independent pharmacy to see what would happen because I didn't want to switch medications if the brand I was on for several years was working for me. They were able to put in a 6 month order to get the medication for me by the next day. Not only that, but they're working on getting an additional 6 months for me so I'll have a year's worth ready and waiting for me so I don't have to worry about it! Matt explained to me that it's actually pretty common for problems like this to happen with medications and explained that it all depends on what the stock market is like, what contracts are signed, etc. Definitely way more informative than any other CVS, Costco, Walgreens, etc. I've called. I'm coming here from now on :)”

Being in business since 1886 is not something many businesses can say so they must be doing something right! I am always treated with respect and they actually listen to the customer unlike the "fancy" jewelry stores on TV advertised which I've found to be overpriced and don't know the meaning of good customer service. “I have been to Fishers many times, but always as a guest. The place is very large with several rooms to accommodate very large parties. The food is always good as is the service. I have never been the host of an event so I cannot speak to the cost. There is also an on site, covered parking garage. This is necessary because it can accommodate many, many people.”

Of course the products are always fresh and available, at least what I looked for when I am on my way to Philly airport from New Jersey. She really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The gym itself has older equipment but all seemed to be working just fine and was spotless! One of the cleanest gyms I have been in!
