From the minute you walk in the front door you feel so welcome. Three of my four daughters are under Dr Kadan’s care for braces. “I love this club! It has very knowledgeable staff members who truly have your health and fitness as the number one priority. From the healthy amazing foods available in the cafe, to the variety of yoga style and fitness classes, to the latest equipment in the main gym. I never get bored at this club. I am a Mom of a 9 and 13 year old. There are classes for them, too. I don't need to feel guilty spending time on my fitness when I know the kids are being challenged in the karate studio.
