“I have to say that CKO Doylestown is my new home away from home. The staff is the best! The workouts are tough but completely addicting!! I leave every class feeling a sense of pride in myself that I never felt when I worked out in a regular gym. Whether you are new to working out or have been working out for years, CKO Doylestown is for everyone. Cardio, strength training, stretching, kicks, punches, ....... they have it all in one 60 minute workout. Everyone in the classes are very supportive of each other which is really nice. Going in there almost everyday and being greeted by name from the staff the minute you walk in the door makes you feel really good. They ask how you are doing, and honestly care about each of their members. If you want to get into amazing shape, lose weight and feel really good about yourself, you need to come try a free class. I know I sound like a commercial, but I really love this place! Thank you to Justin, Nicole and all of the amazing instructors who kick my butt almost every day. You all have already done more for me than I can explain in this post. You guys rock!!”
