Every class is uniquely programmed (it's never the same class twice). For group classes, you'll have the benefit of of your own rig with a bench, rack, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc. There's a slew of boxing/kickboxing classes. The attention to detail is top-notch - great instruction, great motivation from the trainers, and ongoing education through social media. The trainers have a serious knack for getting the best out of you. The community is fantastic. There's no egos here. Just people wanting to see you do better.”
