“This place if a very good environment for you and your dogs there are separate places for the bigger and smaller dogs. There is a lake 15 feet away if your dog likes to swim but the only thing that I think they should add is a water fountain or something like that for your dogs. Other than that this is a great place to let your dogs play with other dogs and all the times i went the dogs and there owners are very kind.”

“Great club with loyal players (old and new). Hibo's accept all types of athletes, new, experienced, young, old, short, tall...Always looking to meet new players and grow the surrounding rugby community. Future plans along with continuing to grow the Men's team include developing youth rugby programs and establishing a women's and HS girls team. Board members and team leaders are very supportive and work hard to grow the club. If you're reading this review, I look forward to seeing you around the rugby community. Get involved!”

“Attended a wedding on the grounds, down by the river. Quite a scenic and romantic venue. Staff also does tours of the numerous buildings. Grounds are immaculate. Good for a quiet day of history strolls.”

“I've been coming here since I was a boy. Ballfields, boat ramp, river access, picnic area. Nice place off the beaten path. It's right next to Pennsbury Manor, the home of William Penn. Hence the park's name. If there were anything negative to say about the place, it would be the proximity of GROWS Landfill. It's a shame how Waste Management has taken a prime, beautiful, area and transformed it over the years. It wasn't so bad when there was just the one landfill. But now there are several. Penn Warner Club has shrunk. But, you can't really see them from the park, so you can pretend they're not there.”
