“My first appointment was today. My experience up until the appointment was easy and smooth. I arrived few minutes before my appointment. I was taken back on time. The hygienist was very patient and gentle when cleaning. The Dr came in shortly after and gave me bad news about some cavities. The checkout process was simple and easy and I’m expecting to receive a quote for the work I need before I get it done. “Few weeks ago I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Faust, and it was for today. Lisa (their office representative) wrote me in an email to come in at 7:00 PM to have a complete exam, or at 7:30 PM for a free consultation. I came in at 6:45 PM, hoping to get the full exam and get the treatment plan done for follow up appointments. When I walked into their office, the girl at the counter told me to have a sit, and that she will be with me in a few minutes after she reviews my paperwork which I was instructed to fill out on their website before I came into the office. (Online paperwork took me about an hour to fill out). I ended up sitting and waiting up until 7:45 PM, at which point my patience ended, and I ended up leaving their office. Dr. Faust called me the next day to find out what happened, and was quick to correct the situation. I ended up coming in again on 10/23/2017 to have the consultation, and the teeth cleaning. The moment I came in, I was taken care of right away. (And I came in 10 minutes earlier). Office staff was very pleasant to speak with, as well as Dr. Faust. He was professional, detail oriented, and had that personal touch that we all seek. I ended up scheduling a follow up appointment to have some more work done.”
