Joe and his crew were so understanding and helpful, as I was in a bind with the holiday season and needed to leave my apartment for a longer period of time, which I would not have been able to do with the leak. Trilogy was so prompt with getting back to me within the hour of my initial call, and their customer service experience in person was exceptional. The two guys who came out were so friendly, polite, and simply did what they needed to do in a very quick amount of time.
