“I had a leak coming in from my roof in my apartment complex which was negligent about handling the ongoing issue prior to a snowstorm we received last week. After several DAYS without response from our maintenance crew, I decided to make the decision to desperately call around for anyone willing to come onto the property just to unclog the gutter, the root of the problem. Joe and his crew were so understanding and helpful, as I was in a bind with the holiday season and needed to leave my apartment for a longer period of time, which I would not have been able to do with the leak. Trilogy was so prompt with getting back to me within the hour of my initial call, and their customer service experience in person was exceptional. The two guys who came out were so friendly, polite, and simply did what they needed to do in a very quick amount of time. “Dr. Peacock is an awesome doctor. Not only does he do amazing work to give you quality of life back, he is a great listener as well. He took his time with me and listened to my needs and wants and we put a game plan together to get me back on my feet. Together we took every approach possible to help with my pain and quality of life but in the end I had to have surgery on both, my feet and calves. It was our last resort but well worth it. Once I heal from this second surgery I know I will be at the top of my game. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and his staff and would recommend Dr. Peacock and Bucks County Orthopedics to anyone in need of an amazing group.”
