“Over a year ago, I was looking for a contractor to help renovate various rooms in our home (laundry room, bathroom and kitchen) and remove, move and install several doors. I was looking for someone close by me in Yardley. I met with Esteban, who spoke very little English and had no references, but could tell he had passion, determination and big heart. Esteban previously owned and ran a construction business in Argentina for 25+ years and moved to the U.S. to protect his family from the violence there. Not having any credible references, I gave him a chance on one of my smaller projects and he exceeded my expectations, so I gave him more projects. Esteban is licensed as a contractor and has been one of the best resources I have ever found! Not only did he build me a beautiful laundry room, he has since renovated my bathroom and my kitchen. He is thoughtful, frugal, hard working and HONEST. He does not overcharge, in fact, his rates are quite reasonable. He is dependable, reliable and completes the job in a timely manner. He has done work on our windows, repaired stucco siding, epoxied our basement floor, tiled our backsplash, installed lights, installed wood flooring, patched, drywalled, & painted several interior rooms, and has painted the exterior of my entire house. Because I don't speak Spanish, we communicate efficiently and smoothly through "Google Translate". However, due to the language barrier, Esteban is better suited for the more straight-forward projects. While he has the capability, experience and skills of a full renovation specialist, the paperwork and permits are best left to the home-owner or limiting the jobs to those not requiring them. I would not hesitate to have Esteban work on my house projects and recommend him highly. He is solid. Call him. Get the work done!”
