Awesomeness
I am a newbie to the Tues. nite 5pm yoga session and I so far I am LOVING it!! I recently had a baby and am rediscovering how my body moves postpartum. I never feel competitive with anyone else and am constantly guided for my own pratice and level. My friend and I very much enjoy going and look fwd to our new Tues p.m yoga class!!
Teresa is very friendly. She wants everyone to be comfortable. She offers yoga and meditation classes.
