  My name is Anthony Melchiorre. I am 69 years old and in relatively good health; however, I have been suffering from increasing pain from serious damage to my mid and lower spine for several years. I was active in sports and jogging since my preteen years. I have had two major surgeries to my spine and I am no longer eligible for further surgeries. Prior to being treated at Pennsylvania Pain and Spine Institute, I received very little pain relief from two other Pain Specialists, two Chiropractors, and three Physical Therapist. Over a two year period with each prior Pain Specialist, my ineffective medications and injections were never changed, even as my pain increased. Dr. David Qu and Amanda Hyland PA-C are the only two pain specialist who have applied very unique and innovative procedures utilizing medications and injections in the treatment of my serious pain. The medical support and administrative staff are one of best I have encountered in my many years of various medical treatment.

  Dr. Kelly has helped me so much! He felt that I would have good results with Botox injections to help my chronic migraines and my results were great. I did not even realize how much migraines impacted my life, thanks to Dr. Kelly I've got that back!

  PA Pain and Spine has helped eliminate my pain in my lower back from a series of bad car accidents. I developed a disk bulge and bone damage from the accidents. Dr Fang and his staff worked with me, at my pace and comfort level, to find the best treatment option. The staff is efficient and kind, and will work with you depending on your situation. I deducted 1 star for their insurance department's lack of communication regarding high treatment costs as I came in to a surprise high copay twice. After discussing this with staff, I did not have this issue again. I recommend this place for those seeking pain relief.
