As I was thinking about all the things for which I should be grateful for in this past year, I could not help but remember everyone that I met at Eye Associates. My first cataract surgery was in August, and the last was completed within this month. I am sure that this whole process just seems routine to you, but what I experienced was anything but routine. The professionalism, friendliness, and warmth with which I was greeted at the reception area continued as I progressed through some preliminary steps, meeting the doctor, and getting scheduled.
I always believe that the atmosphere that you experience when entering an office is set at the top and you, Dr. Walker, certainly set that standard high. When I met you, I was convinced that I was in very capable hands. You listened attentively, you showed interest and compassion in my concerns, and you made me feel at ease as you explained what I could expect. Following my surgeries, my follow up appointments, and having never been able to see without glasses since I was a young teenager, I recognized the skilled hands and the caring heart of my surgeon--you.
Dr. Walker, as I mentioned above, you probably see every day and its activities, as just part of your job. I do want you to know how much I appreciate all that you and your staff have done to improve my life. What you bring to me and, most importantly, to all those you meet, is the gift of yourself--you have joined that rare combination of knowledge, skill, and love, and made it a career. How lucky am I!!!

I have highest regard for Dr. Rebecca Walker who has taken care of my vision for several years. Last year I had cataract Surgery in both eyes one month apart performed by Dr. Walker. She explained everything to me what to expect and patiently answered any questions and concerns . She made me feel comfortable and before I knew it I was back out of surgery and on my way home. No issues felt great. Follow up next day went well. She is caring and professional even in a very busy environment .
Staff at front desk are pleasant and technicians always will greet you with a smile. No long waits in reception like other office I have been in.

Very pleased with the results of my cataract surgery with Dr. Walker, now colors pop and my vision is bright again. I can see without glasses for the first time since my teen years. Dr. Walker was very helpful recommending insertion of a stent for glaucoma during the surgery. I want to thank Dr. Walker and her staff for their care and making me feel less apprehensive about having this necessary surgery.
Dr. Walker is wonderful! I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Of course I was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. Walker and her associates made it all so easy for me to accept the diagnosis, go through the procedure, and fully recover with my eyesight back! Every visit was pleasant, on time, and everyone made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening to me and what to expect. Kudos also to the Surgery Center in Fort Washington! Both visits were easy and pleasant; almost fun!
I would highly recommend Dr. Walker for any services you might need for helping your eyesight be at its best!
I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes approximately 4 weeks apart. Dr Walker and her staff were excellent. Dr Walker is an excellent and caring surgeon and her entire staff were courteous and professional. I had no complications and I am totally pleased with her care and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice. I could not have been more pleased with the Doctor and the entire staff.
