The experience of buying an engagement ring can be daunting, but they provided answers to all of our questions with zero pressure to buy anything. What's more, I decided to purchase a lab grown diamond, and even though it's less profit for the store, David conveyed that in his experience as a gemologist, he can't tell the difference between lab grown and organically harvested. Being in the military, I had to leave Richboro and do everything else remotely. They made the process super easy and were VERY responsive. In an era of everything being very impersonal, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.
