The Philadelphia Area Diaper Bank is an incredible organization that collects diapers through donations and then donates them to organizations that provide services to women and families. No public assistance programs provide funding for diapers. You can't wash them in public laundry facilities and you need to provide them to drop your child off at day care.
It is NOT a diaper pantry and you cannot get diapers as an individual directly from them, the previous reviewer was mistaken. They provide only to organizations so that families are integrated into overall service networks.
