My first visit here was in November of 2018. The staff at Vision Care Specialists took the time to make sure all of my needs were met and that all of my questions were answered. My glasses arrived sooner than they would with most other places. When I went to pick up my new glasses, there was a small chip in the paint on the frames, (fault of the manufacturer, not the staff at VCS). They told me without hesitation that they would order me another frame and that I could me hold on to the origional frame for the time being. I was very pleased with their actions and their ability to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I am waiting for the new frame to come in now, but I know I will definitely be returning to Vision Care Specialists in the years to come. Highly recommended.”

He actually prescribed antibiotics to clear up my ears, nose and throat along with drops for pink-eye. He was knowable, personable but not intrusive. The front desk staff and nurse were excellent. The facility was immaculately clean! The location is great. This practice is of great value. The online appointment reservation system is very easy to use!”
