Park here to walk the
High Rocks Hiking trail
along the ridge. It is
a short walk from the
parking lot to the trail.
Once you turn in, this
lot can quickly become
very tight and hard
to maneuver, when
crowded. At peak times,
like October Foliage it is
usually very crowded and
difficult to find spots. Do
not park along the side
of the road
Found the mountain biking a little tuff with all the roots. Guess I need to step up my game.
Small park, but interesting geology and nice views of Tohickon Creek. Trails are obvious even when unblazed. Should be a nice place to be when Nockamixon does the dam release in mid-March!
Really love this park. The overlook here is amazing. Rock climbing allowed, use caution. Good parking with a porta-potty in the parking area.
I used to train/teach rock climbing here. Excellent place for all levels to learn.
