He was in Kindergarten back then and he absolutely loved those classes and we eventually became a part of the Action family. We can see the immense change in him. “We are entering week 5 of our ten week challenge. This is the 1st program that I have seen that offered so many times to choose from - 5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am and 9:30 am. I am part of the 5 am class and love it. I feel very challenged in this class - every day is different and so is every week. You can easily become bored with exercise but not here - what you put into it, is what you get out of it. It combines fitness and nutrition to help with overall health. The instructors are awesome and very motivating. They coach you both on the exercises and the nutrition to keep you going. All the exercises can be done at your own level and it is amazing to watch the transformation of myself and those in the class in just these 4 weeks. Thanks for the great workouts!”
