I have a phobia of needles which I’ve received therapy for in the past... but she completely put me at ease with her calm demeanor, compassion and kindness. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed, but talked to me and was so quick with her blood drawl. I was in absolute shock at how easy this was. I am so grateful for her since she has eased my anxiety with blood drawls and will only see her from here in out during my routine pregnancy blood tests. Thank you thank you thank you Miss Joan !”
