“I needed an emergency surgical tooth removal. I called a 1/2 dozen dental practices, most didn't perform extraction and refered out, others want you to be evaluated at one visit, and then on a next appointment perform the procedure. All had waiting lists 2-weeks to a month out. For someone with a broken\infected molar that just won't work. I called the PA Dental Implant Specialists, they asked intelligent questions, reviewed this with an Oral Surgeon, and had me in a chair at one of their locations the next morning. I saw Dr. Daly at the St. Mary's Hospital location. He took X-rays, reviewed them, we spoke of risks, alternatives, and he removed the bad tooth. I am so impressed with the office, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all helpful. You fill out your paperwork online, it's fast and easy. The front desk staff are pleasant and helped with cost, insurance, or dental discount plans. Everything was efficient, precise, and exceptional. I can't say enough about my experience, and especially Dr Daly. I'm truly impressed. It's rare these days to find someone, whom is one of the best in their field, who "cares" for the individual patient. They're the best!”

“I love this Dental office. The front desk administrators, dental assistants and hygienists have always been so nice, helpful and always punctual. Dr Segel listens to your concerns and has such a gentle touch. He has done some fillings on my husband & I received 2 crowns. I hate getting the shots of local anesthesia b/c I have always found this the most painful part of the process but I experienced almost no pain!!! Not from the shots, the crowns or in the period after. It took us s long time to find a good dentist. I will never go to another dentist if I can avoid it”

“I've had 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Yates (I'm in my 30's), and I was quite nervous for the first extraction. But both procedures were actually quick and virtually painless. He made sure I was really numb, then gave me the gas so I was relaxed. A few minutes later he says they are out! I like being told what's happening and when, and Dr. Yates tells you each step as he's doing it. I also close my eyes because... as long as you don't feel pain, who wants to see the tools and what's going on? 5 stars for two good experiences! When my 2nd tooth started hurting, I knew I'd only come here for it... so I made sure to take their first available.”

“Our entire family has benefited from excellent care from Dr. Cipriani and his staff for more than 20 years. From dental hygiene,root canal, orthodontics,Adult Invisalign to oral cancer screenings, our relationships have, at their core,a sincere confidence in his advice and professional care. Dr. Cipriani has coordinated and supervised our dental care with other doctors when our needs have not been within his medical scope, such as oral surgery.The end result has been a less stressful, quicker healing experience, for which we have been grateful. We have no difficulty scheduling routine appointments. The staff is courteous and focused on excellent customer serice. Dr. Cipriani has gone out of his way to schedule an appointment to handle emergencies, himself. On the rare occasion his office can not be reached, there has been a dentist available until Dr Cipriani can address our needs personally. Our daughters now live outside the immediate area. However, they continue to schedue their appointments here to coordinate appointments with family visits home. Their preference to continue in his practice supercedes any desire on their part to establish themselves with another dentist. We had been patients prior to our daughters' births. After they were born and reached the suggested age for a first dental screening, we had no hesitation scheduling these appouintment with his practice.We found his demenour appropriate for adults as well as younger children. He has watched our family grow. And, we feel he has taken a sincere interest, professionally to help us maintain successful dental health. ”
