Most had services that paged the company/techs and got back to you about 15 to 30 minutes later. The tech was scheduled to arrive in the early am the following business day. He did, and even showed up early to my surprise! He was not only professional but thorough in the explanation of what happened and what needed to be done. This company was my 4th call and they were the most reasonably priced company. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards. Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it. I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was. Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems. “My wife and I stopped in not knowing what to expect but within minutes I had a handful of things. I grabbed a few extension cords, outlets, zip ties, wheels for a hand cart. Prices are 20-50% less than what you find at Home Depot or Lowe’s and sure some was opened and needs a little TLC but other stuff was immaculate. Some stuff was just missing the manual...I never look at the manual unless I’m desperate and then I can usually find it online. I will definitely stop in there before hitting the mainstream stores. The people there are awesome and super helpful. I can’t wait to go back and get more deals! update: just grabbed some wheels for my hand cart..fit great.”

“My experience with haller enterprises services has been stellar since day one. I reached out to them through online and in day or so we were scheduled for our quote on our system. We did have a second company come out and quote us an install but we did not consider them. We went with haller even tho they were 3k more in prices. Brandon W. Handled our quote and all initial questions he was quick, fair, and considered all our concerns. Fast forward to install. Our install was set up for three days. Christopher and his assistant were able to complete the install in two days. Again this team was quick, fair, and consider our concerns. They were nice interacted with my little guy and significant other as if they were family. Had not been for the light hum of power tools and occasional noise we would never known they were here. They completely explained the system and completely cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't of asked had a better team to install. Brandon W. Is still in contact with us today ensuring that things are going as expected even tho system has been installed for three plus months now. I would trust and truly recommend this team and company for my family HVAC needs. Thanks for the great experience. We also recently had Haller come out for boiler maintenance. OCT 2018 The tech Jacob was great. The heads up on his arrival from office was a nice touch. Jacob arrived within the time frame given. Introduced him self and asked if had any questions or concerns before he began his work. We left him do his job, and he was done well with in the time I expected him to be. He informed us that our system is working well and that he doesn't notice any problems but would advise us to get replaced since it is a older system. He answered all our questions and cleaned up and left our home as he found it. We would like to have Jacob out again next year he was great.”

“My son rented boots in October, his feet grew and they swapped out the old boots for new boots no problem. Bigger issue was the ski bindings now didn’t fit the bigger boots. They took our old skis and bindings and swapped them for a new pair at no charge. They are amazing!!! Thank you for being turbo charged awesome people !!!!”
