“We had registered our 91 year old Dad at several pharmacies, Saint Mary’s Hospital in Newtown and on the PA site for the Covid vaccine. Such an overwhelming and frustrating ordeal and worried that Dad would not get the vaccine til much later. It was this evening at 6:00 pm that we received the call from Hiran from VIP Pharmacy in Bristol - they had an extra shot and wanted to know if we could bring Dad down before 7:00 that evening. We want to truly thank Hiran for the call and being observant and caring of the registered candidates and their individual circumstances and making that call to us. There still are caring folks out there. We can now rest assured that Dad has at least gotten the first Covid shot. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. God bless and stay safe. ♥️”

“Great pharmacy in a pinch! My medication has been on backorder for over a month at my regular pharmacy and I'm almost out of it. Usually, I'll wait but I'm leaving the country for a trip in a few days and will be gone for a month. LUCKILY, they had the medication in stock, but their hours didn't work with the time I have to get into work and when I get out of work which is 30min away from their location. When I called them about how they open while I'm at work and would be closed by the time I arrived after work, they added me last minute to a driver's scheduled drop offs and I received the medication by dinner time! I am so impressed with their speedy customer service and their genuine sympathy and understanding of my situation. I really appreciated the help of the pharmacist with my insurance and billing, as well as the driver, Cassie, who kept me informed with texted ETA updates and meeting me outside. Overall, very good first experience and I wouldn't mind using them again if my pharmacy is out of stock again next month.”
