“My wife and I have been taking our cars to Twins Auto Repair over 20 years. The brothers are the most likeable and trustworthy guys you will ever meet. They let you know exactly what your vehicle needs and never try to up sell you. Recently my car battery died. They came to my house jumped my car and took it to there shop. I needed a new battery, it was 8 years old. They replaced the battery and brought my car back to me same day. ( note: I live within walking distance from there shop.) Even so who does that nowadays? NOBODY! Well they did. And to top it off it cost me way less than if I did it myself! This is the only place I know of that you can trust, is extremely reasonable and actually cares about there customers. They go above and beyond. In this day and age that is Absolutely Amazing! My Wife and I highly recommend these guys (The Twins) you will never find a better place for all of your vehicles needs.”

Every class is uniquely programmed (it's never the same class twice). For group classes, you'll have the benefit of of your own rig with a bench, rack, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc. There's a slew of boxing/kickboxing classes. The attention to detail is top-notch - great instruction, great motivation from the trainers, and ongoing education through social media.
