STORExpress Slippery Rock

I experienced an unexpected forced move and a few access issues. Even though I experienced frustration, great responsiveness, they resolved my concerns, but when I decided to terminate the lease, I didn't exactly feel welcomed back if I decided to return.

Everyone who I dealt with was so exceptionally kind and helpful! Doug at the Slippery Rock location was awesome! I will definitely be using STORExpress Slippery Rock in the future for any storage needs.

Perfect solution for us. Store Express employees were very helpful. We used indoor storage. Clean, spacious, locked storage. Easy access from the road. Locked storage with access as needed. We will definitely use them again!

All in all it was a good experience using their storage facility. The gentleman at the Slippery Rock site is very kind and helpful. They got back to me promptly with questions I had. The only bummer is the website advertises a truck and they don't have one.

Fantastic service, my calls were always answered either with location representative or an answering service, I always received timely responses and results. No issues with the payment process either.
The location was very clean and well ventilated. The only problem I had was my unit in particular, a 10x30 unit, 1018, had an open top and that meant after a year all my stuff was very dusty. Moving that stuff into a perfectly clean, dust free condo meant cleaning it all off before putting it in the truck. That said I think mine was the only open top unit. Other than that I have no complaints. Absolutely recommend!
