This is definitely a program I have stuck with and will continue to stick with. I have attended class everyday they are open (6 days) and truly miss it when I am on vacation. I love the trainers, Kensie and Johnny, they push you to your max and correct you when it is needed. Nick is also great and will answer all your questions! He is so genuine and thoughtful with orders. Everything I’ve had from Kairos has been delicious! Today he made me a a mystery drink based on what I told him.
