Very caring, easy to work with making appointments. Everyone has been professional and very kind. Even able to talk to the Vet, last vet I went to was not willing or able to talk to animal owners! They are the best!!
Everything! Everyone and everything were fabulous. We were just a bit warm in the room. Maybe a little A/C? Lol. Love you all. Thanks for caring for my babies.
My first visit to this place resulted in euthanasia of my beloved older cat. The doctor and all of the staff were extremely compassionate from beginning to end. They explained the process and gave me time alone with my pet before the procedure. I appreciated their high standards for cleanliness & practice of COVID safety protocols. The pricing was very reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past. I would recommend them without hesitation!
We recommend your office to everyone. We have moved a lot, meaning we have to constantly find a new vet's office. Your office is by far the absolute best. We know that Moose is in great hands (and Marsha, too, when she was with us.) Your honesty and integrity is far superior to any other practice we have used in the past. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and understanding. Thank you all!
I’ve shared up and down my social media pages how happy I am with the care at Windrose Vet, but for those of you that don’t see that praise - here it is.
Windrose has been our vet for the past three years, and I have always felt it was a great place to take our pup - clean, affordable, great service.
When Covid was just starting to be talked about, Dr. Skalos was already on the ball in transforming Windrose into a safe environment - masks, calling before entering, social distance, partitions - he had it covered.
Flash forward to a few weeks ago when our family dog needed emergency surgery due to a rare reaction to her sutures from a surgery 3 days prior - I realized just how lucky we were to have chosen a vet like Windrose. Every single person that works at Windrose is amazing. They all cared for Casey as if she was their own and seemed truly invested in her recovery.
It seems Dr. Skalos has had to hire quite a bit of people over the past year as he got busier. Somehow he was able to find every great employee in town - not sure how he did it, but I’m truly grateful that he did. And truly grateful to each and every one of them for getting our family through this scary time with Casey.
