Milbert's Car Care Inc.

I recently moved to PA and needed my vehicle inspected. I was referred to Milberts Auto by a family member. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They did my state inspection, explained what was needed, and recommended additional service. No pressure and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I discovered Milbert's several years ago after some bad experiences with the local retail chain shops. So far, they've proven themselves to be quite knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused. They're familiar with electric vehicles, and they handled the servicing of our 2014 Nissan Leaf's brake rotors quite well (winter of 2019-2020, I think). An issue arose with the parking brake afterward, but they were upfront about what happened (cable routing was shifted a bit during service, which decreased the applied tension) and they quickly fixed things up at no extra cost. My parents have been using them for a few years as well, with good experiences so far.

The only downside to being good at what they do is that it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment on short notice. I guess they're doing something right if their problem is that they have too many customers. I had my Bolt EV inspected there earlier this month, and it was the first time I've seen their lot without any double-parked cars. I guess the pandemic eased their workload a bit, so I'd say take advantage of good service without the crazy backlog while it lasts.

Professional, courteous, and thorough. I appreciate the follow ups to be sure the repair is still performing well. Also they will check in from time to time when they have openings and can get you in quickly.

I use this place for all of my car needs and they are fantastic. They are honest and reliable. They also make sure to help me out if a need cheaper options. I highly recommend milberts car service.

It was indeed a pleasure to meet Rick and Ben from Milbert’s Car Care. I left my 2002 Buick in their hands for a safe repair, after their diagnosis they told me I needed a few things done. It was my first experience here in Cranberry Township but I trusted them with their diagnosis. I was Happy and pleased with their professional attitude and knowledge. Now I have a car repair shop I can trust and plan to use as long as we live here! They are more than qualified And professional in their product knowledge and gave me a very secure feeling. I will recommend Milbert’s to anyone I come in contact with who needs car repair in the future!
