She truly tailored the entire kayak experience for us - and took amazing pictures along the journey! “My mom just passed away under two weeks ago. My moms ashes and death certificate got back to me in less than a week after her passing. Her urn was absolutely beautiful. The guy Jonathan was always there to answer our questions and he answered them promptly. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. My grandma ended up wanting ashes and I didn’t realize I couldn’t get the lid off the urn Jonathan told me he would do it for me and even transfer the ashes for me!
