She has a variety of classes and is always striving to offer the best experience for her gym members. The atmosphere is relaxed and you never feel judged for where you are in your fitness journey. It's such a great community. If you're looking for group fitness that is fun, encouraging and challenging, this is your place!

(March 30, 2020, 6:44 am)Great gym with wonderful instructors. I have tried Zumba, barbells and dumbbells, boxing, spin, and rip classes. So many classes to choose from for all fitness levels. When the weather gets nice there have even been classes at the track. Corey has even come to class when I’m the only one who signed up. Talk about one on one training! I have been attending this gym for over a year with my daughter and we both love it! Highly recommend!!

All of the classes have multiple variations from beginner to advanced so everyone fits in and gets a great workout . Cory is one of the most supportive and helpful people out there and will always take time to help you create a plan to meet your fitness needs !

(March 21, 2020, 11:06 am)I absolutely LOVE this gym. I have belonged to two chain gyms before this one and by far this one is the BEST! The facility is clean and organized, the staff is extremely friendly and they offer a wide variety of group classes. I could not give Cory Kamer and her staff a higher recommendation! She is super flexible and helpful with everything!

(March 21, 2020, 8:54 am)I recently went to a cycling class with a friend here at Believe N-U-Fitness! What a great surprise in our own backyard! Immediately I was welcomed and what a great class by Cory! Signed up immediately! The other fitness classes are amazing as well! The positive energy and workouts are worth the time and money! I have taught fitness and cycling and have been for over 25 years and have been certified in almost every facet of fitness, and now I am excited to say I am also joining the team! Stop in and get the fitness experience you deserve!
