Throughout my multiple calls with him, I was able to gather that he has been doing this work since he was 15 years old and clearly, he is extremely knowledgeable about the work that he does. Despite the pandemic, he didn't try to up-charge me when he truly could have -- given the type of problem I has having, his time and the effort he spent trying to help me troubleshoot. Ron even took it upon himself to contact a GE specialist, just to see if there was a way to solve the issue for less. Ron was able to do a house call in a short turn around time; he took one look at the dryer and was able to advise me on what to do. I would highly highly recommend working with Ron! “QLS -Sarver is an awesome place for great care of your loved one. My aunt was a skilled care resident there for several years. She had no mobility of her own. However, she never had a bed sore. That speaks well for the staff. My niece has been in short term rehab there, and they've done great with her. My mom has been in long term skilled care there for almost 2 years. We have no complaints. Staff is friendly and caring. It can be very difficult when family can no longer give their loved one the care that they need. It was a hard decision for us, but we are glad we chose QLS-Sarver.”
