(January 20, 2019, 9:52 pm)Jim Thorpe PA is a frequent stop for our band Damn The Torpedoes. For the past 5 years, DTT has been playing the Mauch Chunk Opera House in town. The Times House is the home away from home for a couple of our band members when we need to stay over in JT. Affordable, elegant and clean. We LOVE the Times House!!!
(January 13, 2019, 2:07 pm)We had the most wonderful weekend at the Times House. The suite we stayed in was cozy and beautiful with fresh flowers and an electric fireplace, and very quiet. We couldn't hear any other guests or outside noise, yet we were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. Diane and Chris were very kind, and their homemade bread, scones, yogurt, and granola for breakfast were delicious. Additionally, my fiance and I got engaged the weekend we stayed there, and Chris and Diane helped him orchestrate the surprise. I would highly recommend a stay at the Times House!

(May 29, 2018, 10:16 am)I cannot possibly say all the great things about this place in this review. This place is top-notch, one of the very best B&B's I have ever stayed in. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and the decor was fantastic. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
(May 1, 2018, 8:06 am)I wish I could give even more stars. Absolutely fantastic experience staying here. We stayed in the Legacy Suite during the weekend of the half-marathon, and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The owners, Diane and Chris, are perfect hosts. They strike a perfect balance of being warm, attentive and accommodating while giving you plenty of space. All through our weekend they threw in wonderful little surprises that we weren't expecting to really make it special and memorable. Location is prime for enjoying the town, on the prettiest street in town. Impeccable room - large, spacious, and extremely clean and well cared for. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful downstairs shared room to enjoy as well. And the food is amazing! Every morning we had fresh fruit, yogurt, and homemade baked goods that were incredible. I truly could keep going on about this place. Impossible to do better.
