(July 18, 2018, 7:02 pm)My husband and I are thrilled with the service provided by Ron, Rob and their team. We had a pipe leak that we discovered late last night and had to shut off our water. I called four other plumbers and no one was willing to come out today. My husband is seriously ill and not having water is a problem. I got in touch with Ron and he had his tech, Rob, at our home within two hours. Rob was courteous, professional and really knew how to fix the problem. We were so happy with the service that we purchased a plumbing maintenance plan with Ben Franklin. We highly recommend this company!

(June 22, 2018, 3:01 pm)Thought I was just getting a quote but they had a hot water heater on the truck and were able to install that very day. The flue was old and rusted so they replaced that also.
