“I’ve been training with Drew for about 6months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I enjoy that our sessions combines boxing, cardio and weight training and he customizes each workout to my goals and ability. I always feel challenged when he sets the workout for the day, and then accomplished when we’re done. I know he will always push me to the limits because he knows what I am able to accomplish. Going from being a Division 1 lacrosse goalie to just working out on my own I knew I needed that someone to push me farther than I can push myself. Working out with Drew I know I will always be satisfied with the outcome of my workouts all because I know Drew takes a genuine interest in his clients’ well being and is always ready to spend a few extra minutes just getting to know people on a personal level and what their goals are. Drew has been instrumental in helping me to meet my initial fitness goals, and has given me the confidence to set new ones along the way. I first started out doing personal training with Drew but now I am at the point that I needed to get back into my workout routine of multiple times a day. Drew was there to listen to what my goal was and really pushed me to jump out of my comfort zone and join his classes as well as doing personal training sessions.
