  Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! My last car was totaled while it was parked by a drunk driver, leaving me in a tight spot without a car and trying to find a new one. After going to about every dealership near by, I walked in to the Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group feeling pretty defeated about finding another car. Justin was amazing and was able to find me something in my price range and I was driving off the lot two days later in my new Fiat!! Everything was quick and smooth, while they made sure I was taken care of in any way I needed. I will 100% be coming back here for my next car!

  Thank you for reaching out. I have been looking online for quite sometime, and found a couple I liked at your dealership. About 7 years back, I worked with Dave Long (your sales rep) in another industry, and had (through social media) known that he worked at JD now.
  
  I reached out with 2 vehicles I was interested in, and made an appointment. Dave was prepared with the 2, and had a few more more written down which he wanted to show me. We went for a test drive, and I wasn""t impressed with either. We talked it over. Dave listened to what I had to say, reviewed the list again, and told me we should look at the KIA Sorento because it offers everything I want and need. Ignorantly, I didn""t want to look at it, because...well...it""s a KIA.
  
  I was ready to walk out and start my search all over again, but agreed to listen to Dave and check out the KIA. He nailed it. I am extremely pleased with the attention, understanding, and recommendation from Dave. Instead of scrolling through the likes of AutoTrader, I am the proud owner of an auto from JD.
  
  Dave provided excellent service, and has given me confidence to be a return customer when I am ready for my next purchase.
