“I have red, curly, long, thick, poorly behaved hair and when I walk into a salon, stylists tend to become disgruntled. However, at Salon 3 East, I had the opposite experience. Everyone was so nice. I was about ten minutes late (called to let them know) and when I got there they were totally accommodating. My stylist was Judy - EVERYONE SHOULD MEET JUDY, she was knowledgeable, calm, confident and an all around interesting human. The person who washed my hair was kind and helpful (I forgot her name but she is a champion of customer service), and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet. Ok I'm sure you are thinking - they are nice but are they talented? YES! Judy did a stellar job blowing out my kinky curls into mythical mermaid waves. I received so many compliments on my hair that evening. Bottom line: Go to Salon 3 East!”
