If you're a beginner she takes time to introduce you to the class and will work with you so that you do not feel in any way out of place. If you are a regular she will show you more advanced ways to deepen and broaden your workout. I look forward to my Wednesday night classes with her with the ever changing routines that work my abs, legs, arms, shoulders, hips.....well......EVERYTHING!”
