“Really wanted to like this place more and I go back and forth about whether to give a 3 or a 4 rating - so I'm giving a 4, as perhaps my expectations were just too high? The staff is friendly and helpful. In fact they were quite eager to help find a pair of glasses that would fit my needs and budget. They seem like they enjoy their job so that creates a good atmosphere. Dr. Burgess seems nice enough and definitely shows competence and concern for doing a good job. She took her time to ensure that the prescription was correct, allowing time to try a new prescription to be positive that it would work. That was great! I don't like the fact that they push their glasses for purchase, but that's typical for some optometry offices. Overall I was satisfied but I wouldn't go back again, so that's why I'm not overly positive about the experience. At the same time, I would not discourage others from going here. Perhaps it's worth giving it a try for yourself?”

Even though Dr. Koepsell was NOT my ophthalmologist (mine had retired) he came into his office on a Friday evening and saw me. He was professional, thorough and truly compassionate knowing that I was facing a weekend not knowing if the herpes zoster virus was in my eye. He did a complete exam and was able to rule out shingles so my primary care physician could focus on the correct diagnoses”

“We have been a part of the Magic Memories family for a couple of months now and it has truly been amazing. When selecting a daycare we really wanted somewhere that would be a home away from home for our baby girl. We found exactly that in Magic Memories. They made the transition to daycare easy, not only for our baby, but us too as first time parents. They are readily available for any questions and/or concerns you may have. They also have an app where they post updates of your baby’s activity throughout the day. In addition, they have events that really engage the kids, parents, and staff. Most of it being virtual now due to Covid-19, but it is incredible that a mist of everything going on, they are still going the extra mile. Everyday we drop our baby off and pick her up from Magic Memories, she has a beaming smile on her face and we could not imagine anything better.”

“It's clean, and the attendant os very nice. I enjoy using this place, but there are really only 4 good dryers, and you gotta be quick about snatching them up. The fluff-n-fold service is awesome, and frankly I think about the same price as doing it yourself when you consider soap, and dry time. The changes I'd make would be to add free wifi so us busy folks can hang out and get some work done while we guard our clothes, and perhaps some vending machines with snacks and sodas...”
