“Four years ago I started looking for a yoga studio, and chose Balanced For Life because Denise is a licensed physical therapist. Regular PT was not helping my back issues, and I needed to improve my balance and posture due to adult-onset scoliosis. Class sizes are small and there is plenty of personal attention to each student’s individual needs. Denise offers suggestions if a modification is needed due to physical limitations, and she is always watching if we need to make corrections. She shares her vast knowledge of body dynamics , so we learn just what muscle-groups are being used for each pose. The studio offers a variety of classes for different interests, and there is even a community outreach offered. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!”

“From the moment I found out about crossfit I have been waiting for the opportunity to find a box! Crossfit has been amazing for me and I knew it would take me to the next level but it's also important that the environment in the box has to have good vibes and mainline crossfit was on point... crossfit help take me to the person I have been fighting to be, and that's is a happier and healthier me. I'm happy to say I am down to 216.4 lbs from 223.6 lbs... I have lost 7.2 lbs during my 21 day crossfit challenge.
