“This is a beautiful spot for a walk, run, or bike ride. Or honestly just to sit on one of the many benches and watch the stream and pond. Well maintained wide trail. One of our favorites!”

“Flat, easy trail for 3 miles each way. Walked it then brought my bike back. Beautiful scenery. Not the choice for a hiking trip but perfect for an afternoon walk.”

“Nice park with walking trail and a creek that runs thru. People are kind and it's quiet. There isn't a lot of parking so you need to be prepared for this. Also, not a lot of bathroom options either.”

“Brian T, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the process. He explained everything very clearly and its great that all the sign-up steps are all electronic. Couldn’t be easier. He also showed us the storage unit in advance to make sure the size met our needs. Highly recommended.”

“The best customer service I've received in a long time! I was having trouble with a filter system that my landscape contractor installed a couple years ago. Nate at Practical Garden Ponds worked with me over a three week period to troubleshoot the issue. He even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get the parts covered under warranty. I would definitely buy from Practical Garden Ponds because you can't get that kind of service from Amazon.”

“After having Jen for my personal training coach at my local gym, I knew her nutrition classes would involve stellar coaching. I was not disappointed. Her creative recipes (my favorite being the eggplant with chicken sausage ) ,suggestions for curbing my food obsessions (gummy bears), timely articles on nutrition findings, and her strategies for changing my food choices from colorless to GREEN helped me to lose fifteen pounds. . Plus, my refrigerator is now filled with fresh greens of multiple varieties, yellow squash and peppers, and red beets. And who would have thought that beet greens are delicious sautéed with garlic and onions with toasted sesame seeds!!! I am forever nutritionally changed for the betterment of my psyche and body.”

“It's nice that the soccer team has their own stadium behind the football stadium. 3 good sized bleachers to accommodate everyone for the East West Game. Fyi parents are $5 each and kids are $3 for night games. Parking can be tricky when both stadiums have games but overflow parking is across the street in the church lot. The turf could probably do with some maintenance.”

“You know, I really love this little Park. it really is a beautiful little place. It has a pond about 1 acres in size, a nice stream that runs behind a pond, and that the pond drains into. the pond itself has some nice little bass and other small fish, plenty of frogs and amphibians and if you catch you at the right time a bunch of snapping turtles. The way the pond is set up, the stream actually feeds the pond, then the pond drains into the same a couple hundred yards further down, pretty cool. It's all in a wooded area, with just not much around but trails and woods, and it's a nice place to hang out or go exploring. It has a pavilion that can fit about 15 people for those who don't want to be in the Sun, and there's a bridge where you can walk over the stream and then take trails to some historic old Stone buildings that only have their walls left, but a hundred years ago or so they used to be Grist Mills, places where people used to go to sell their corn or other grain crops and have ground into flour. I always go here when I need to wax my car, because it has some beautiful scenery and the right amount of shade over the parking area. It's just a nice, secluded, beautiful little Park we can just go to relax, or walk around, or Explorer, or wax your car if you need to.”

“Historic Sites are labeled along the trail and Shamona Creek creates a surreal hiking atmosphere. Great hiking trail location.”
