I doubled over in pain so I went to the hospital where you should go if you are in that kind of pain. I started to vomit which means it is serious and possibly blocking something. “I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neiblum. After experiencing some scary-looking bleeding, I went to see Dr. Neiblum, who suggested that I have a colonoscopy to see what was going on. I'm a person who finds surgery and other medical procedures a little scary, but he and his staff really put me at ease. Rather than having to check into a hospital for this procedure, West Chester G.I. has a well-equipped endoscopy center right across the hall. On the day of my procedure, everyone there was very comforting and professional, which did a lot to put me at ease. After it was over, Dr. Neiblum clearly explained to me exactly what he saw, which thankfully wasn't anything serious. Needless to say, I was very relieved, since I have a family member who failed to get scoped and later ended up having late-stage cancer. I highly recommend this doctor and his office!”

While we went through a cancer scare I found the staff - from the volunteers to the admissions staff all the way up to the doctors - to be excellent. They were patient and compassionate and great at their jobs. The parking was easy, facilities were nice and level of care was great. But the what truly impressed me was while I sat waiting for my family's procedure to finish, I did not see a single patient wait for more than 10 minutes until they were called back. The admissions person even checked on me to make sure they hadn't missed anyone. That sort of care is just outstanding in our world of 3 hour hospital waits.”
