They took out/moved 2 walls, rerouted plumbing, installed all new cabinets and counters, installed flooring throughout the first floor, relocated the kitchen window, added a vented range hood, installed all electrical, and so much more. “Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours. I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people. It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to. “Just went there for the first time and it really is a good shop. Fair prices and great service. Not the biggest place shop out there but their service is second to none. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I called ahead and they got my new tires in quick and managed to change them while I waited which saved me a lot of driving. They are one of the few shops in the area that will install and replace mousse tire inserts. Thanks again guys, i'll definitely be back soon.”

“Worst shipping ever. Free is fine but hell if it takes over a week. Btw I'm under 30 minutes away from the warehouse. UPDATE, problem wound up being with ups who farmed it out to USPS. Was contacted by customer service, items never made it to my address. Lost in USPS space somewhere, new items were shipped a alternative route received in 2 days as expected and can't be happier with the response from the CS department. Sorry for jumping the gun and how it was handled after it 5 star”
