“I joined the Bent on Better gym in January of this year, and it has been life-changing. In the past six months, I have become stronger, lost body fat, and feel healthier. I cannot say enough about the fantastic team of Matt, Cass, Molly, and Nick and the support they offer to each person in the gym. You feel that you are part of a family and that everyone wants you to achieve your goal(s). If you are feeling sluggish or your knees/back hurt, the trainers want to know to ensure that you are getting your workout in but doing it safely and with what you can handle on that day. Matt and Molly have also helped with nutritional support, significantly promoting better eating habits. I look forward to each day I go to the gym and work with the excellent trainers and the BOB family, as they keep me motivated and focused on my goals. Highly recommend!”

“I am closely related to the owners of this gym and It is 100% 5 stars. They put in a lot of effort and It is so well organised. Everything is always clean, unlike other gyms i have been to. I would recommend going here because it is truly amazing will change your life. It is a small group personal training or 1 on 1 training. This place is Very professional and they owners are truly fantastic. There is always music to keep you pumped up and a lot of items and workout materials. I'm not just saying this because I know them very well, but it is truly amazing how they turned an old art studio into a Unbelievably Nice gym.”

“Not my usually gym, but close to one of my jobs. Served it’s purpose. I kind of like the layout. I can’t say much for everything as I only used the treadmill and then left. I did have an issue where I fill up my water bottle after my workout, I was only able to fill the bottle up a quarter of the way. Wasn’t a big deal as I had water in the car, but it would be important if I hadn’t. I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m in the area.”

“I loved going to the open gym today! They had tons of bars, trampolines, beams, spring floors, mini trampolines, a nice foam pit and I also enjoy that they have climbing ropes , rings and small bars to practice easy skills on. I recommend this place and I rate it 5 stars! Another thing I noticed was that after the open gym, a helper came in and swept all the chalk up so it's not all in the air for pollution! I definitely want to go back for another open gym!”
