About 2020, Jim, the current owner brought out Rascals and renamed the gym 1440 (the number of minutes in a day) and transformed it into the best fitness center in the area. The facility is spacious and clean. There's ample equipment--weights, cardio, all-purpose rooms--all logically placed and spaced. The staff is out of sight, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The 24/7 access means the fitness center is available when you want it, no rushing to get your workout in. If you tried the rest, give 1440 a try, it's the best!”

You can easily manage all of your appointments through the MINDBODY app. Keith Edwards has been my therapist for years and he has been instrumental in helping me heal from and preventing recurrence of overuse injuries from running. His therapeutic massage will always be a key part of my race training plans. Today my therapist was Mary Catherine Donnelly. She sat with me to learn what I needed in the massage and made sure she knew the music, temperature of the table and pressure that I liked. It was a lovely 2 hour massage and I highly recommend both Keith and Mary Catherine.”
