“I called to schedule a service call on our Bosch dishwasher for a foul odor. I believe i spoke to the owner who was familiar with this complaint. He gave me very useful information about what causes this and confirmed some things we thought. He explained it isn’t the machine but the position of the hose connection to the disposal and the interaction of the soap with the dishes. It is important NOT to rinse off food before washing. He was very generous with his time on the phone and told us how we could resolve it ourselves without a service call.”
