“I've used Fedor Fab twice in the past -- about 10 yrs apart. They first replaced our kitchen counters and installed a window sill/moldings. They did a beautiful job with the corian -- note the cove edge against the wall -- this made it so easy to keep the counters clean and kept water from holding up there. The templating and fit was perfect! Didn't need to go back to shop for any corrections. Great craftsmen, professional workers, very customer focused. I loved that kitchen. Then recently we moved to a townhouse and they made a Corian cover/ledge for the half wall between kitchen and dining. It covered a wood top which was getting nicked up all the time. This is working really well and it's durable and easy to keep clean. I was so happy they were willing to do this since it was a very small job. All in all I am very happy with their work and have nothing but positive comments. Extremely highly recommended!”

“I live a ways away from the West Chester branch of Weinstein’s and so I decided to spec out my bathroom via the Kohler and Moen websites first, then see if they could order the merchandise for me. I originally reached out to a couple of local suppliers via their websites, but Weinstein’s was the only place to follow-up with me. Jennifer K. called me the next business day and was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Originally, I was just going to order my Kohler products from Weinstein’s, but she told me she could do the whole thing for all of the manufacturers I had selected for my bathroom remodel. And so with very little fuss and on a tight timeline, I ordered several custom Kohler pieces and all the Moen fixtures I wanted as well. Jennifer also kept me up to date with status too so I always had a handle on when the items would be in so that I could coordinate my contractor and the tile installation. As it would turn out, I had the contractor from (heck). Although I had paid for delivery, the custom shower base needed to come sooner and Jennifer made sure I was able to take it from the warehouse. They actually were able to load the 245-pound cast iron base into the back of my Subaru Outback with a forklift and did not damage whatsoever (a small miracle as far as I’m concerned). When the contractor broke one of the custom Kohler glass doors during the install and tried to hide it from me (don’t ask!) I fired him. And then I turned to Jennifer to help me figure out how to get the replacement glass and hardware I’d needed. All of which she helped me do. She took some info from me, contacted Kohler, and called me back within an hour to tell me that all was on order, where it would be delivered, set my expectations about turn-around times, and expressed genuine empathy for the headaches I had to go through. My bathroom remodel may have been a complete disaster, but because of the way Jennifer handled things from start to finish, they have a customer for life!”

“We are an antique auction house in Chester County, PA in business for almost 35 years. We hired Media Rooms to replace existing video equipment (screen and projector) with an updated commercial HDTV and to supplement our existing audio system. The equipment suggested by Media Rooms was feature-rich but user-friendly. In the spring, we began consulting with local AV consultants, and felt that Media Rooms best understood our industry as they'd worked with another auction house in Philadelphia. From our first meeting in May until final installation in August the interaction with Media Rooms was easy, professional, and informative. A few days before the agreed-upon installation date, Media Rooms came to our auction house to take more precise measurements to aid in the process. The space available for installation was not cookie-cutter by any means. The display screen needed to be corner-angled above our auctioneer's podium. In addition, there is minimal floor space and a set of stairs to contend with. Media Rooms made the process look easy and constructed a "custom scaffolding" in order to have the platform they needed to complete the project. After the scaffolding, custom-made angled brackets were installed for the purpose of attaching the wall mount bracket. Finally, the display screen, conferencing accessories, and audio were connected. Throughout the process Media Rooms impressed us with their preparation work and attention to detail. In addition, they were responsive to our needs and inquiries. We started our fall 2018 auction season with customer and colleague compliments about the new AV system. We're looking forward to many more auctions with the new AV system and making use of its advanced features.”
