Laura called me back in short order. She let me know that once she got into the office on Monday that she would find someone to come out that day, if possible. I had an additional need to contact the company and my experience was the same -– Laura had Brian out the same day and I had the estimate before the end of the day. Open 24 hours, which is also helpful. Everything is self service so no waiting. Laundry service still available if that's preferred. Also, the car wash, vacuums and pet wash located behind it make for a very efficient one-stop cleaning. Who doesn't love being able to clean their car conveniently whilst their clothes are drying right next door?”

“Sierra was the absolute best to work with. We had a gift card to the laundromat and took a ton of laundry over for the wash and fold service. Sierra didn’t mind at all about the amount of laundry. Besides that, this is hands down the cleanest laundromat that I’ve ever been to. Sierra called us when our laundry was really, paid close attention to detail, making sure the laundry was nicely folded, separated, and bagged. She also separated the more delicate items and ensured that they were not dried so they didn’t shrink. This place has blown away all expectations and my boyfriend and I really wanted to recognize how good of an employee Sierra is! We are recommending this laundromat to everyone we know!”
